Nutrend N1 Pre-Workout is a powder pre-workout that is mixed with water. One 17 g serving contains 3500 mg of beta-alanine, 3500 mg of L-arginine-alpha-ketoglutarate, 3235 mg of a creatine mixture, 2250 mg of L-citrulline L-malate, 500 mg of tyrosine, 200 mg of caffeine and 20 mg of DMAE (dimethylaminoethanol).
It comes in the flavours Grapefruit, Red Orange, Blue Raspberry, Blackcurrant, Magic Citrus and Tropical Candy. The 510 g pack holds 30 servings.

Up to 75 kg of body weight, and for sensitive athletes: stir 8.5 g of powder into 150 ml of water. Over 75 kg of body weight, or for high-proficiency training: stir 17 g into 300 ml of water. Take 30 minutes before training. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Undissolved particles may be visible after mixing; this is a natural characteristic of the product, not a fault.
