Osavi Norwegian Cod Liver Oil Softgels is a food supplement in softgel form. The oil comes from wild Atlantic cod (Gadus morhua) and is produced in Norway by molecular distillation. The fatty acids are in triglyceride form.
Each softgel contains 1000 mg of cod liver oil, of which 70 mg is EPA and 100 mg is DHA. It also provides 270 µg of vitamin A and 10 µg of vitamin D. The flavour is Lemon. The pack holds 180 softgels.
- EPA and DHA in triglyceride form
One softgel provides 70 mg of EPA, 100 mg of DHA and 50 mg of other omega-3 acids, 220 mg of omega-3 acids in total.
- Vitamin A and vitamin D
Each softgel supplies 270 µg of vitamin A as retinyl palmitate and 10 µg of vitamin D (D3, cholecalciferol). Vitamin A contributes to the maintenance of normal vision.
