Osavi Omega-3 Vegan, 250mg DHA is a food supplement in softgels. It contains concentrated oil from the microalgae Schizochytrium sp., which provides the unsaturated fatty acid DHA from the omega-3 family.
The capsule shell is made from tapioca starch, not gelatin. The pack holds 60 softgels, and the daily serving is one softgel.

One softgel contains 454 mg of algae oil, including 250 mg of DHA (docosahexaenoic acid). Per serving: energy 5 kcal, fat 0.4 g (of which saturates 0.1 g), carbohydrate 0.2 g, and 0 g of protein, sugars, fibre and salt.
