OstroVit Healthy Nails is a food supplement in capsule form. One pack holds 30 capsules, or 30 servings; one serving is 1 capsule.
Each capsule contains zinc, biotin, selenium, manganese, pantothenic acid, nettle leaf extract, field horsetail extract, silica and methylsulfonylmethane (MSM). The horsetail extract is standardised to 7% silica.
- Nine ingredients in one capsule
A serving provides 10 mg of zinc, 2500 µg of biotin, 55 µg of selenium, 1 mg of manganese and 18 mg of pantothenic acid.
- Two plant extracts
The capsule also contains 80 mg of nettle leaf extract and 150 mg of extract from the aerial parts of field horsetail, standardised to 7% silica.
- MSM and silica
Each capsule includes 125 mg of methylsulfonylmethane and 11 mg of silica.
- Vegetable capsule shell
The shell is plant-based (hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose). A pack of 30 capsules lasts 30 days at one capsule a day.
