Osavi Super Strong Omega 3, 500 EPA / 250 DHA is a food supplement in softgel form. The concentrated oil comes from pelagic fish, mainly anchovies, from sustainable fishing (Friend of the Sea).
One softgel contains 1000 mg of fish oil, of which 800 mg is omega-3 acids: 500 mg of EPA, 250 mg of DHA and 50 mg of other omega-3 acids. The oil is purified by molecular distillation and made to the GOED monograph. The pack holds 90 softgels.

One softgel contains 1000 mg of fish oil (TG 50/25), including 800 mg of omega-3 acids: 500 mg of EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid), 250 mg of DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) and 50 mg of other omega-3 acids. Other ingredients: fish oil from pelagic fishes, shell (bovine gelatine, humectant: glycerol, water), antioxidant: tocopherol-rich extract. Per serving: energy 10 kcal, fat 1 g, carbohydrate 0.1 g, protein 0.2 g.

Usage
Swallow one softgel a day with a glass of water. Taking it with a meal is recommended.
