Each capsule contains: conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) 300 mg, of which CLA (80%) 240 mg; green tea leaf extract 200 mg, of which polyphenols (50%) 100 mg, 3-galloyl (-) epigallocatechin EGCG 30 mg and caffeine (9%) 18 mg; L-carnitine 138 mg. Other ingredients: capsule shell (gelatin, humectant: glycerol; water), medium-chain triglycerides (MCT), emulsifier: lecithins (from soy), colour: iron oxides and hydroxides.

Usage
Take 1 capsule a day, preferably before physical activity. Do not take on an empty stomach. Do not consume a daily dose of EGCG of 800 mg or more. Do not take this product on a day when you consume other products containing green tea.
