Description
An amino acid powder with L-glutamine and the branched-chain amino acids leucine, isoleucine and valine.

OstroVit BCAA + Glutamine is a food supplement in powder form, in the Orange flavour. One 10 g serving contains L-glutamine and three BCAAs: L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine.
The pack size is 200 g. The powder is dissolved in water or juice.
- Four amino acids in one powder
Each serving provides 4000 mg of L-glutamine, 2000 mg of L-leucine, 1000 mg of L-isoleucine and 1000 mg of L-valine.
- Orange flavour
The taste comes from flavourings, and the sweeteners are sucralose and acesulfame K.
- Simple to prepare
A serving is stirred into 100–150 ml of water or juice. Nothing else is needed.

Usage
Adults: mix 10 g (2.5 scoops) into 100–150 ml of water or juice. On training days take two servings a day: one right after waking up and one after training. On non-training days take one serving after waking up.
