Osavi Shilajit, 500mg - 120 vegan caps is a food supplement in the form of a hard capsule. Each capsule contains 500 mg of shilajit (Asphaltum punjabianum) extract, with a 60:1 ratio of extract to raw material. Of this, 300 mg is fulvic acids and 60 mg is humic acids.
Shilajit, also called mumio, is a natural substance formed over hundreds of years in high mountain regions, as plant remains, marine organisms, rock humus and minerals decompose in rock layers. The Osavi raw material comes from Himachal Pradesh and Nepal and is standardised to a minimum of 60% fulvic acids and 12% humic acids.
