Osavi Daily Omega + D3 is a liquid fish oil food supplement in Natural Lemon flavour. The oil is produced in Norway from wild pelagic fish, mainly anchovies, sourced from sustainable fishing.
One serving of 5 ml provides 1600 mg of omega-3 acids, of which 700 mg is EPA and 600 mg is DHA, plus 50 µg of vitamin D as cholecalciferol. The fatty acids are in triglyceride form. The 500 ml bottle holds 100 servings.

One teaspoon (5 ml) contains 700 mg of eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), 600 mg of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and 300 mg of other omega-3 acids.
- Vitamin D included
Each serving has 50 µg of vitamin D as cholecalciferol, so a single product covers both ingredients.
- Triglyceride form
The fatty acids are in the natural triglyceride (TG) form. The oil is purified according to the GOED monograph.
