5% Nutrition Liquid L-Carnitine 3150 - Legendary Series is a liquid food supplement in a 473 ml bottle. One serving is 15 ml, and a bottle holds 32 servings.
Each serving contains 3.15 g of L-carnitine from four sources: L-carnitine base, L-carnitine tartrate, acetyl-L-carnitine and glycine propionyl-L-carnitine HCl. It also provides 25 mg of gamma-butyrobetaine HCl and 25 mg of thiamin. There are four flavours: Blue Raspberry, Fruit Punch, Mandarin Orange and Watermelon.

The L-carnitine comes from the base, tartrate, acetyl-L-carnitine and glycine propionyl-L-carnitine HCl.

Active ingredients per 15 ml serving: L-carnitine 3.15 g (as L-carnitine base, L-carnitine tartrate, acetyl-L-carnitine and glycine propionyl-L-carnitine HCl), thiamin 25 mg (as thiamin mononitrate), gamma-butyrobetaine HCl 25 mg. Other ingredients: purified water, phosphoric acid, malic acid, natural and artificial flavours, sucralose, potassium sorbate (preservative), sodium benzoate (preservative), acesulfame K. Contains sweeteners.

Usage
Take 1 tablespoon (15 ml) 30 minutes before training on workout days. On non-workout days it can be taken at any time of day. Do not take more than 1 serving per day.
