NOW Foods Mega D-3 & MK-7 is a food supplement. Each capsule contains vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol, from lanolin) and vitamin K2 as menaquinone-7 (MenaQ7®).
The pack holds 120 capsules. The daily serving is one capsule, made with a cellulose shell.

One capsule provides 125 µg of vitamin D3 and 180 µg of vitamin K2, so you do not need two separate products.

Ingredients
Each capsule contains vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol, from lanolin) 125 µg and vitamin K2 (menaquinone-7, MK-7, MenaQ7®) 180 µg. Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, hypromellose (cellulose capsule), silicon dioxide.

Usage
Take 1 capsule daily with a meal that contains fat.
