NOW Foods Silica Complex with Horsetail Extract is a food supplement in tablet form, with 180 tablets per pack. Its main ingredient is an extract of the aerial parts of horsetail (Equisetum arvense and Equisetum hyemale).
Each tablet contains 575 mg of horsetail extract complex, which provides 40 mg of silica. The tablet also contains calcium, zinc, manganese and boron.

Each tablet contains: calcium (from calcium citrate) 50 mg, zinc (from zinc chelate complex) 5 mg, manganese (from manganese chelate complex) 2 mg, horsetail extract complex (Equisetum arvense and Equisetum hyemale, aerial parts) 575 mg, silica (from horsetail extract complex) 40 mg, and boron (from boron chelate complex) 1 mg. Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid (vegetable source), hydroxypropyl cellulose, rice flour, maltodextrin (non-GMO), croscarmellose sodium, vegetarian coating [hypromellose (cellulose), stearic acid (vegetable source), sunflower lecithin, triethyl citrate, sunflower oil] and citric acid.
