Usage
One level scoop is approximately 5 g. Measure the recommended dose and mix it with a sports drink. On training days the basic dose is 5 g after training; a further 5 g may be taken in the evening before bed. On non-training days you may stop, or continue with 5 g twice a day, taking the last dose in the evening before bed. After opening, store at no more than 25 °C and use within 4 months.
