Applied Nutrition Clear Whey Protein is a protein powder made from ultra-hydrolysed whey protein isolate. The mixed drink is light and clear, closer to a fruit juice than to a milkshake.
Each 25 g serving has over 21 g of protein, 5 g of BCAAs and 1 g of carbohydrate, at 90 kcal. Sugar and fat are each below 0.25 g per serving. The 875 g pack holds 35 servings.
