Per serving (2 capsules): vitamin D (ergocalciferol) 13.33 µg, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine HCl) 8 mg, vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin) 2 µg, magnesium (bisglycinate, oxide) 300 mg, zinc (bisglycinate, L-aspartate) 20 mg, selenium (selenomethionine) 66.7 µg, manganese (bisglycinate) 1.33 mg, chromium (picolinate) 80 µg, and BioPerine black pepper (Piper nigrum) fruit extract, 95% piperine, 3.33 mg. Other ingredients: vegetarian capsule (hypromellose), anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate), microcrystalline cellulose.

Usage
Take 2–3 capsules at night before bed, on an empty stomach, with 250 ml of water. Use for 8 weeks, followed by a 4-week break.
