Olimp Nutrition Vita-Min One is a food supplement that combines 22 vitamins and minerals with 25 mg of American ginseng extract in each capsule. The pack contains 60 capsules.
The manufacturer says the ingredients were selected with absorption in mind and that the capsules are smaller to make them easier to take. It is meant to complement a varied diet, not replace it.
- Wide range of vitamins
The formula includes vitamins A, D, E and C, plus the B vitamins: thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, vitamin B6, folic acid, vitamin B12, biotin and pantothenic acid.
