Each serving contains 2 g L-citrulline, 1.2 g beta-alanine, 1 g creatine monohydrate, 1 g taurine, 500 mg L-arginine and 175 mg caffeine. It also includes an electrolyte blend, vitamins C, B6 and B12, L-tyrosine and betaine. Energy is 25 kcal per serving.
