Ingredients
One capsule contains 250 mg passion flower (Passiflora incarnata) herb extract, DER 6:1, providing 8.75 mg vitexin. It also holds 100 mg hops (Humulus lupulus) cone extract, DER 5:1, with flavonoids (expressed as rutin) of 0.5 mg, and 80 mg lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) leaf extract, DER 4:1, providing 1.6 mg rosmarinic acid.

Usage
Take 1 capsule a day, 1 hour before sleep. Swallow the capsule with a glass of water.
