Dorian Yates Blood and Guts Sachets is a pre-workout powder in 19 g single-serving sachets. It contains L-citrulline, beta-alanine, L-arginine, L-tyrosine, vitamin B3 and caffeine, plus green tea, guarana, sweet orange peel and black pepper extracts.
It comes in four flavours: Mango, Pear-Kiwi, Strawberry and Watermelon. Each pack holds 20 sachets of 19 g. The core composition is the same across flavours; only the taste differs.
- Amino acid blend
The formula includes L-citrulline DL-malate (2:1) 6004 mg, L-citrulline 4340 mg, beta-alanine 5500 mg and L-arginine 2679 mg.
- Caffeine from several sources
It contains 350 mg of caffeine anhydrous. Green tea extract adds 13 mg of caffeine and guarana extract adds 9 mg.
- Plant extracts
Green tea leaf extract 30:1 (250 mg, including 237 mg total polyphenols), sweet orange peel extract 186 mg and guarana extract 41 mg.
- L-tyrosine, vitamin B3 and piperine
Also included: L-tyrosine 500 mg, vitamin B3 47.6 mg and black pepper extract 1.9 mg, of which piperine is 1.7 mg.
- Alpha-ketoglutarate sources
The formula has an A-AKG complex at 4009 mg and calcium alpha ketoglutarate at 1130 mg.

Usage
First-time users: mix 1 heaping scoop of powder with at least 250 ml of water. Regular users: mix 2 heaping scoops with at least 250–350 ml of water. Take about 15 minutes before training. You do not need to finish the drink before you start exercising. The daily amount is 1–2 servings (19 g).
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A food supplement is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Contains caffeine. Not recommended for children or pregnant or breastfeeding women. Not for use by those under 18. Do not combine with other caffeinated products or with alcohol. Consult a physician before use if you have, or have a family history of, heart, thyroid, liver or kidney disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, recurrent headaches, depression or other psychiatric conditions, glaucoma, difficulty in urinating, prostate enlargement or a seizure disorder. Also consult a physician if you take a monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI), antidepressants or any other medication or supplement. Discontinue use two weeks before surgery. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. Beta-alanine may cause a temporary tingling sensation on the skin in some people.
