Nutrend Pump Pre-Workout is a powdered pre-workout in the Rainbow flavour. One serving is 15 g, mixed with 250 ml of water. This pack holds one serving.

Per serving there are 5000 mg of L-citrulline malate, 3000 mg of beta-alanine, 1000 mg of L-tyrosine and 541 mg of taurine. The composition also includes choline, plant extracts and B vitamins. There is no caffeine in it.

Active ingredients in one 15 g serving: L-citrulline malate 5000 mg, beta-alanine 3000 mg, choline 200 mg, L-tyrosine 1000 mg, taurine 541 mg, black pepper extract 2 mg, Bacopa monnieri extract 300 mg, Withania somnifera extract 500 mg, thiamine 2.2 mg, niacin 32 mg, pantothenic acid 12 mg, vitamin B12 2.5 µg and sodium 200 mg. Other ingredients: thickener glycerol monostearate 13%, flavouring, anti-caking agents silicon dioxide and calcium phosphate, beetroot concentrate, sweeteners sucralose and steviol glycosides, aroma.

Nutrition facts

Mix 15 g (1/2 scoop) with 250 ml of water. Drink about 30 minutes before strength training. During endurance activities the product should be accompanied by carbohydrates and a higher fluid intake. The maximum daily dose is 15 g. Once opened, keep at a temperature not exceeding 25 °C and consume within 3 months.
