Each capsule holds 1038 mg of a blend called Thermo factors. It includes green tea extract, bitter orange extract, guarana extract, anhydrous caffeine, black pepper extract and L-tyrosine.
- Green tea extract with EGCG
One serving (1 capsule) contains 250 mg of green tea extract, which provides 137.5 mg of epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG).
- Two sources of caffeine
Each capsule has 80 mg of anhydrous caffeine and 20 mg of caffeine from guarana. Two capsules contain 200 mg of caffeine in total.
- Bitter orange and synephrine
A capsule contains 167 mg of bitter orange extract, which provides 10 mg of synephrine.
- L-tyrosine and piperine
The formula also has 500 mg of L-tyrosine and 1.05 mg of black pepper extract, which provides 1 mg of piperine.
- Simple daily routine

Kuntze) 250 mg, of which epigallocatechin gallate EGCG 137.5 mg; bitter orange extract (Citrus aurantium L.) 167 mg, of which synephrine 10 mg; guarana extract (Paullinia cupana Kunth) 40 mg, of which caffeine from guarana 20 mg; caffeine (anhydrous) 80 mg; black pepper extract (Piper nigrum L.) 1.05 mg, of which piperine 1 mg; L-tyrosine 500 mg. Other ingredients: bulking agent microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agent magnesium salts of fatty acids; capsule shell: gelatin.
