NOW Foods Thyroid Energy is a food supplement that combines minerals, vitamins, the amino acid L-tyrosine and an ashwagandha root extract. The pack holds 90 vegetable capsules.

- Iodine and selenium in named forms
Iodine comes from potassium iodide (225 µg) and selenium from L-selenomethionine (50 µg) per serving.
- Chelated zinc and copper
Zinc (25 mg) is supplied as the L-OptiZinc® zinc L-methionine complex, and copper (1 mg) as an amino acid chelate.
- B vitamins
Each serving has 60 µg of vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin, 2 mg of vitamin B6 and 680 µg DFE of folate (as 400 µg folic acid).
- L-tyrosine and ashwagandha

- Cellulose capsule shell
The capsule is made from hypromellose (cellulose). Other ingredients are microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid from a vegetable source and silicon dioxide.

Usage
