BetterYou Magnesium Flakes are flakes of magnesium chloride hexahydrate, sourced from the Zechstein seam mined in northern Holland about a mile below ground. Dissolved in a bath or footbath, they give a concentrated magnesium chloride solution for the whole body or the feet.
The flakes have a 47% MgCl2 concentration and contain nothing else. The 5000 g pack is meant for regular baths, 2 to 3 times a week.

Magnesium chloride hexahydrate flakes (47% MgCl2 concentration).
Usage
Footbath: dissolve 150 g of flakes (about 1 cup) in about 5 litres of water, enough to cover your feet, and soak for 20 minutes. Bath: add 250 g of flakes (about 2 cups) to the bath and lie in it for 20 minutes. A magnesium bath 2 to 3 times a week is recommended.
For use in a bath or footbath only. Keep out of the reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place with the pack closed.
