Footbath: add 150 g of flakes (roughly 1 cup) to approximately 5 litres of water, enough to cover your feet, and soak for 20 minutes. Bath: add 250 g of flakes (roughly 2 cups) per bath and relax for 20 minutes. A magnesium bath 2–3 times a week is recommended.
For bath and footbath use only, not to be taken by mouth. Keep out of the reach of children. Store in a dry place with the pack tightly closed.
