Nutrend Protein Oat Breakfast is a porridge powder based on oats with whey protein. It is fortified with calcium, vitamin D and vitamin K, and also contains chromium and α-linolenic acid (omega-3).
It comes in two flavours, Banana and Chocolate, in a 630 g pack containing 7 servings.
- Whey protein in the recipe
Whey protein is added to the oats, so the porridge contains more protein than a plain oat breakfast.
- Calcium, vitamin D and vitamin K
Each serving provides 125 mg of calcium, 5 µg of vitamin D and 22.5 µg of vitamin K. Calcium and vitamin D contribute to the maintenance of normal bones.
- Chromium and omega-3
One serving contains 40 µg of chromium and 1145 mg of α-linolenic acid (omega-3).

Usage
Place 1 serving (90 g, approx. 4 scoops) in a suitable dish, add 100–125 ml of hot (not boiling) water, mix well and let it sit for a few minutes. The daily amount is 1 serving.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Not intended for children under 10 years of age. Keep away from heat, freezing and humidity. May contain traces of soy. After opening, store at a temperature not exceeding 25 °C and consume within 2 months.
