Usage
One serving is 50 g, or one sachet. Take 1–2 servings a day, no more than 2. The porridge suits a breakfast or snack in the morning or afternoon, at least 90 minutes before or after a meal. It may also be used after physical activity. Empty the sachet into a suitable container, add 100 ml of hot (not boiling) water and stir. Cold water may also be used. After opening, consume the product immediately.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Protein porridge with added vitamins. Not intended for children under 3 years of age. Keep away from heat, frost and humidity.
