BetterYou Boost B12 Oral Spray is a food supplement in oral spray form, 25 ml. One spray contains 300 µg of vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin, 10 µg of chromium and 0.13 mg of green tea extract.
The spray is applied to the inside of the cheek. It has a natural apricot flavour and is sweetened with xylitol. One bottle holds 160 servings.

You apply the dose to the inside of the cheek. There is no tablet or capsule to swallow.
- Vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin
Each serving provides 300 µg of vitamin B12. Vitamin B12 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to normal homocysteine metabolism and to normal red blood cell formation.
- Chromium and green tea extract as well
A serving contains 10 µg of chromium (as chromium chloride) and 0.13 mg of green tea extract.
- Apricot flavour, no artificial colours
The flavour is natural apricot. The product contains no artificial colours or flavours.

Ingredients
One spray contains 300 µg of vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin), 10 µg of chromium (chromium chloride) and 0.13 mg of green tea extract. Other ingredients: water, sweetener xylitol, natural apricot flavour, acidity regulator citric acid, preservative potassium sorbate. The EGCG content is 19 µg per daily serving.

Usage
Shake well before each use. Apply 1 spray daily to the inside of the cheek.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A food supplement is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Not to be used by pregnant or breastfeeding women or by children under 18. Do not take on an empty stomach. Do not use if you consume other green tea products on the same day. Do not consume 800 mg or more of epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) per day. Use within 6 months of opening.
