Trained by JP The One Multivitamin is a food supplement in tablet form containing vitamins and minerals. The pack holds 60 tablets.
One tablet provides, for example, 80 mg of vitamin C, 5 µg of vitamin D3, 75 µg of vitamin K2 (MK7), 14 mg of iron, 10 mg of zinc and 55 µg of selenium. It also contains the B-vitamin group and several minerals, including magnesium, calcium, chromium and iodine.
