NOW Foods Iron Complex is a food supplement in tablet form. Each tablet contains 27 mg of iron from Ferrochel® iron bisglycinate. The formula also includes vitamin C, vitamin B12 and folate, plus two botanicals: dong quai and red raspberry.
The pack holds 100 tablets and the daily serving is one tablet. The tablets have a vegetarian coating.
- Iron as bisglycinate
Each tablet provides 27 mg of iron in the form of Ferrochel® iron bisglycinate.
- Added vitamins
The formula includes 50 mg of vitamin C, 50 mcg of vitamin B12 and 333 mcg DFE of folate.
- Botanical ingredients
Each tablet also contains 100 mg of dong quai (Angelica sinensis) root and 100 mg of red raspberry (Rubus idaeus) leaf.

Each tablet contains: vitamin C (as ascorbic acid) 50 mg, folate 333 mcg DFE, vitamin B12 (as cyanocobalamin) 50 mcg, iron (from Ferrochel® iron bisglycinate) 27 mg, dong quai (Angelica sinensis) rhizome/root 100 mg, red raspberry (Rubus idaeus) leaf 100 mg. Other ingredients: cellulose, stearic acid (vegetable source), croscarmellose sodium, silica, magnesium stearate (vegetable source) and vegetarian coating.
