Each serving also contains 300 mg of Polyphen-Oil™ olive extract (fruit and leaf) and 10 mg of sesame seed lignan extract. The pack holds 120 softgels, which is 60 servings. The oil comes from anchovy, jack mackerel, mackerel and sardine, and the product is IFOS certified.

Per serving (2 softgels): Pure+™ Wild Fish Oil Concentrate 2000 mg, EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) 700 mg, DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) 500 mg, Polyphen-Oil™ olive extract (fruit and leaf) 300 mg, sesame seed lignan extract 10 mg, cholesterol 5 mg. One serving provides 25 kcal and 2.5 g of fat. Other ingredients: highly refined fish oil concentrate (from one or more of anchovy, jack mackerel, mackerel, sardine), gelatin, glycerin, enteric coating, purified water, silica, beeswax, caramel color, natural flavor, sunflower lecithin, mixed tocopherols, maltodextrin, rosemary extract.
