Osavi MethylFolate & Methyl-B12 - 60 vegan caps is a food supplement in a hard capsule. Each capsule contains 400 µg folic acid as Quatrefolic®, 100 µg vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin and 2.8 mg vitamin B6 as pyridoxal 5'-phosphate.

Other ingredients: inulin, shell (hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose), rice fibre, pyridoxal 5'-phosphate, (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid glucosamine salt (Quatrefolic®), methylcobalamin. Per serving: 1 kcal and 0.4 g fibre.
