One softgel contains fish oil (TG 50/25) 1000 mg, including omega-3 acids 800 mg: EPA 500 mg, DHA 250 mg and other omega-3 acids 50 mg. Energy is 10 kcal per serving. Other ingredients: fish oil from pelagic fishes, shell (bovine gelatine, humectant: glycerol, water), antioxidant: tocopherol-rich extract.
