Osavi Norwegian Cod Liver Oil Kids is a liquid food supplement made from the liver oil of wild Atlantic cod (Gadus morhua). The oil comes from sustainable fishing and carries the Friend of the Sea certificate. The flavour is Lemon. The pack size is 500 ml.
One serving (2.5 ml) contains 2300 mg of cod liver oil, 500 mg of omega-3 fatty acids, of which 175 mg is EPA and 225 mg is DHA, plus 125 µg of vitamin A as retinyl palmitate. The product is sugar-free and contains no preservatives, colourings or GMOs. Made in Norway.

Nutrition per serving: energy 21 kcal, fat 2.3 g, of which saturates 0.4 g; carbohydrate, sugars, protein, fibre and salt 0 g. Per 100 g: energy 828 kcal, fat 92 g, of which saturates 16 g.

Usage
Take 1 serving, which is ½ teaspoon (2.5 ml), daily. We recommend taking it with a meal or straight after. One pack gives 200 servings.
