Per serving (2 softgels): total omega-3 fatty acids 283 mg (eicosapentaenoic acid 135 mg, docosahexaenoic acid 90 mg, other omega-3 fatty acids 58 mg), omega-6 fatty acids 120 mg (including gamma-linolenic acid 35 mg), omega-9 fatty acids 115 mg (including oleic acid 90 mg). Fat per serving is 1 g, of which saturates 0.2 g, and energy is 10 kcal.
