NOW Foods ADAM Multi-Vitamin for Men is a food supplement designed for men, bringing vitamins, minerals and plant extracts together in one tablet. The pack holds 60 tablets, and a serving is 2 tablets.
Per serving it provides, for example, 250 mg of vitamin C, 25 µg of vitamin D, 250 µg of vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin, 30 mg of zinc and 200 µg of selenium. The formula also includes 160 mg of saw palmetto berry, 15 mg of CoQ10, 3 mg of lycopene and 500 µg of lutein.
- Broad range of vitamins and minerals
The formula includes vitamins A, C, D, E and K, eight B vitamins and choline, plus calcium, iodine, magnesium, zinc, selenium, copper, manganese, chromium, molybdenum and potassium.
- Zinc, copper and manganese as bisglycinates
These three minerals come as bisglycinates (Albion™): zinc 30 mg, copper 0.5 mg and manganese 2 mg per serving.
- Two forms of vitamin K
Each serving contains 35 µg of vitamin K1 (phytonadione) and 45 µg of vitamin K2 (menaquinone).
- Vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin
Vitamin B12 is supplied as methylcobalamin, 250 µg per serving. Folate is 680 µg DFE and biotin 300 µg.
