Swanson Lecithin, Kelp, B6 & Cider Vinegar is a food supplement in tablet form. One serving, which is two tablets, contains 200 mg of soy lecithin granules, 100 mg of alfalfa aerial parts, 80 mg of apple cider vinegar, 40 mg of Atlantic kelp and 8 mg of vitamin B6.
The kelp (Ascophyllum nodosum) is standardized to 0.4% iodine. The pack holds 240 tablets, or 120 servings.
