Each serving contains a BCAA blend (L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine) of 6000 mg, along with essential and conditionally essential amino acids, taurine, beta-alanine, vitamins and minerals. The caffeine comes from green tea leaf and green coffee bean.
