5% Nutrition AllDayYouMay – Legendary Series is an amino acids powder sold as a food supplement. The pack is 435 g with 30 servings; one serving is 14.5 g.
The formula has a BCAA blend in a 10:1:1 ratio (6000 mg in total), an amino acid blend, a buffer blend, a 600 mg joint blend, blueberry fruit powder, vitamin C, coconut water concentrate and taurine. It comes in three flavours: Fruit Punch, Mango Pineapple and Watermelon. The core formula is the same across them.
- BCAA in a 10:1:1 ratio
A 6000 mg BCAA blend in which leucine, isoleucine and valine are in a 10:1:1 ratio.
- A wide range of amino acids
Besides the BCAAs, the formula includes other amino acids such as L-glutamine and N-acetyl cysteine, as well as HICA, a metabolite of leucine.
- Joint blend
A 600 mg blend made of D-glucosamine sulphate and MSM.
- Beta-alanine and creatinol O-phosphate
The buffer blend pairs creatinol O-phosphate with beta-alanine, in the same powder as the other ingredients.
- Blueberry, vitamin C and coconut water
The formula includes micro-dried blueberry fruit powder, vitamin C, coconut water concentrate and taurine.
