5% Nutrition AllDayYouMay from the Legendary Series is a food supplement that brings several ingredient groups into one product: BCAAs in a 10:1:1 ratio, HICA, an amino acid blend, a buffer blend, a joint blend, blueberry fruit powder, vitamin C, and coconut water concentrate with taurine.
The pack holds 30 servings, with a serving size of 14.5 g. It comes in three flavours: Blue Raspberry, Lemon Lime and Push Pop. The base composition is the same across flavours; the flavouring differs.
- BCAAs in a 10:1:1 ratio
The blend contains leucine, isoleucine and valine in a 10:1:1 ratio, with leucine the largest part. HICA, a leucine metabolite, is also included.
- A wider amino acid selection
Alongside the BCAAs you get L-glutamine, N-acetyl cysteine and other amino acids in the same serving.
- Buffer and joint blends
The formula includes creatinol O-phosphate and beta-alanine, plus a separate blend of D-glucosamine sulphate and MSM.
- Vitamin C, blueberry and coconut water
