NOW Foods Full Spectrum Mineral Caps, Iron-Free is a food supplement in capsules. It combines vitamin D3 with ten minerals: calcium, iodine, magnesium, zinc, selenium, copper, manganese, chromium, molybdenum and potassium.
The formula contains no iron. The ratio of calcium to magnesium is 1:1. The pack holds 120 capsules, which makes 60 servings.
