NOW Foods Full Spectrum Minerals, Iron-Free is a food supplement containing calcium, magnesium, iodine, zinc, selenium, copper, manganese, chromium, molybdenum, potassium and vitamin D3. Iron is left out of the formula.
One serving (2 capsules) provides 250 mg of calcium and 250 mg of magnesium, a 1:1 ratio. The pack holds 240 capsules, or 120 servings.

Other ingredients: hypromellose (cellulose capsule), ascorbyl palmitate and silicon dioxide.
