The formula includes inositol, alpha lipoic acid, natural mixed tocopherols, quercetin, marigold extract with lutein and zeaxanthin, apigenin, boron and lycopene. The tablets are soy-free and contain folate as 5-MTHF, zinc citrate and vitamin E as mixed tocopherols.

Each tablet contains: inositol 50 mg, alpha lipoic acid 25 mg, natural mixed tocopherols (gamma, delta, alpha, beta) 20 mg, Bio-Quercetin phytosome 15 mg (providing 5 mg quercetin from Japanese sophora flower bud concentrate, with a phosphatidylcholine complex from sunflower), marigold flower extract 11.12 mg (standardised to 5 mg trans-lutein and 155 µg trans-zeaxanthin), apigenin 5 mg, boron 3 mg (as boron amino acid chelate), lycopene 1 mg (from LycoBeads® natural tomato fruit extract). The product also contains vitamins and minerals, including folate as 5-MTHF and zinc citrate. Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, croscarmellose sodium, starch, maltodextrin, dicalcium phosphate, vegetable stearate, silica, aqueous film coating (purified water, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, glycerin).

Usage
Take one tablet daily with meals, or as recommended by a healthcare practitioner. Read the entire label before use and follow the directions carefully.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A food supplement is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. If you consume more than 50 µg of vitamin D a day (from diet and supplements), you should periodically have your serum 25-hydroxy vitamin D measured. Vitamin D supplementation is not recommended for people with high blood calcium levels. Do not purchase if the outer seal is broken or damaged.
