One capsule contains: vitamin A (as beta-carotene) 900 µg, vitamin C (from organic amla berry) 90 mg, vitamin D (as D3 from a yeast culture) 40 µg, vitamin E (as d-alpha tocopherol from sunflower oil) 15 mg, vitamin K (as K1 from a yeast culture) 120 µg, thiamin 1.2 mg, riboflavin 1.3 mg, niacin (as niacinamide) 16 mg, vitamin B6 1.7 mg, folate 400 µg DFE, vitamin B12 (as methylcobalamin) 9.6 µg, biotin 30 µg, pantothenic acid 5 mg, zinc (from brown rice chelate) 11 mg, selenium (from a yeast culture) 55 µg, manganese (from brown rice chelate) 2.3 mg, chromium (from a yeast culture) 35 µg and molybdenum (from brown rice chelate) 45 µg. Also: organic amla fruit extract 200 mg, raw organic fruit and vegetable blend 20 mg, raw probiotic and enzyme blend 8 mg, Lactobacillus bulgaricus 500 million CFU and Lactobacillus plantarum 500 million CFU. The yeast culture used is S. cerevisiae.
