EVLution Nutrition BCAA Lean Energy is an amino acid powder in Cherry Limeade flavour. The 321 g pack holds 30 servings, and one serving is 10.3 g.
Each serving contains leucine, isoleucine and valine in a 2:1:1 ratio, plus acetyl-L-carnitine, beta-alanine, L-alanine, taurine and CLA powder. The formula also includes caffeine from coffee bean, green tea extract, maca powder and vitamins C, B6 and B12. It is gluten-free.
- BCAAs in a 2:1:1 ratio
Each serving has 2500 mg L-leucine, 1250 mg L-isoleucine and 1250 mg L-valine, 5 g of branched-chain amino acids in total.
- Added amino acids and CLA
Besides the BCAAs, a serving provides 500 mg acetyl-L-carnitine, 500 mg beta-alanine, 500 mg L-alanine, 500 mg taurine and 500 mg CLA powder.
- Caffeine and plant ingredients
Natural caffeine (from coffee bean) and green tea extract (standardized for EGCG) together give 110 mg per serving. There is also 100 mg of maca powder.
- Vitamins
A serving has 90 mg vitamin C, 10 mg vitamin B6 and 30 µg vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin. Sodium is 80 mg.
