Jarrow Formulas B-Right is a B-complex food supplement. Each capsule contains thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, vitamin B6, folate, vitamin B12, biotin and pantothenic acid, along with choline, pantethine and inositol.
The pack holds 100 capsules. The capsule shell is made from hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, a plant-based material.
- Vitamin B6 in two forms
Each serving has 35 mg of vitamin B6: 25 mg as pyridoxine HCl and 10 mg as pyridoxal 5-phosphate.
- B12 as methylcobalamin
One capsule provides 100 mcg of vitamin B12 in the methylcobalamin form.
- Folate as methylfolate
Folate is 680 mcg DFE, of which 400 mcg comes from (6S)-5-MTHF, a methylfolate.
- Pantothenic acid and pantethine
The capsule has 100 mg of pantothenic acid as calcium D-pantothenate, plus 25 mg of pantethine.
- Choline and inositol included
Alongside the B vitamins, each capsule contains 50 mg of choline and 50 mg of inositol.
- Free from common allergens
According to the manufacturer, the product contains no wheat, gluten, soybeans, dairy, egg, fish or shellfish, peanuts or tree nuts, or sesame.

One capsule contains: thiamin (as thiamine mononitrate) 25 mg, riboflavin 25 mg, niacin (as nicotinic acid) 25 mg NE, vitamin B6 35 mg (pyridoxine HCl 25 mg and pyridoxal 5-phosphate 10 mg), folate 680 mcg DFE (400 mcg as (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolate glucosamine salt), vitamin B12 (as methylcobalamin) 100 mcg, biotin (as d-biotin) 300 mcg, pantothenic acid (as calcium D-pantothenate) 100 mg, choline (as choline bitartrate) 50 mg, pantethine 25 mg and inositol 50 mg. Other ingredients: capsule (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, water), microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide, calcium phosphate, magnesium stearate (vegetable source) and stearic acid (vegetable source).

Usage
One serving is 1 capsule. Take it according to the instructions on the pack.

This product contains biotin, which may interfere with lab and blood tests, and nicotinic acid, which may cause a niacin flush, especially on an empty stomach. Nicotinic acid symptoms are transient and may include burning, tingling, itching, reddening of the skin, dizziness and/or shortness of breath. If a severe reaction occurs, drink plenty of water and discontinue use. Consult a healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, nursing, under the age of 18, taking medication (especially antiepileptic and chemotherapy) or have a medical condition. If adverse reactions occur, discontinue use.
