Each serving contains 1250 mg of L-leucine, 625 mg of L-isoleucine and 625 mg of L-valine.
- Caffeine from coffee beans
There is 55 mg of caffeine per serving, taken from coffee beans. The blend also includes green tea extract standardized to EGCG.
- Additional amino acids and ingredients
250 mg each of CLA, acetyl-L-carnitine, beta-alanine, L-alanine and taurine per serving, plus 50 mg of maca root extract.
- Vitamins
A serving contains 45 mg of vitamin C, 5 mg of vitamin B6 and 15 µg of vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin.
