Osavi Norwegian Cod Liver Oil Softgels, 1000mg (Lemon) is a food supplement in softgel form. The oil comes from wild Atlantic cod (Gadus morhua) taken from sustainable fishing. It is produced in Norway by molecular distillation.
One softgel contains 1000 mg of cod liver oil, including 100 mg DHA, 70 mg EPA and 50 mg of other omega-3 acids. It also provides vitamin A and vitamin D3. The pack holds 60 softgels in a lemon flavour.
- Omega-3 as triglycerides
DHA and EPA are present in the oil in triglyceride (TG) form. One softgel has 100 mg DHA and 70 mg EPA.
- Vitamins A and D3 in one softgel
Alongside the cod liver oil, each softgel contains vitamin A as retinyl palmitate and vitamin D3 as cholecalciferol.
- Lemon flavour
A natural lemon flavour is added to make the fishy aftertaste less noticeable.
- Purified Norwegian oil
The oil is produced in Norway by molecular distillation and made to the GOED monograph. It carries a Friend of the Sea certificate.

One softgel contains cod liver oil 1000 mg, of which DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) 100 mg, EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) 70 mg and other omega-3 acids 50 mg. It also contains vitamin A (retinyl palmitate) and vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol). Other ingredients: bovine gelatine, glycerol, water, natural lemon flavour, DL-alpha-tocopherol. Nutrition per serving (1 softgel): energy 10 kcal, fat 1 g, of which saturates 0.2 g, carbohydrate 0.1 g, protein 0.3 g.

Usage
