Critical Plant Protein is a vegan protein powder built on three plant sources: soya protein isolate, pea protein isolate and brown rice protein. Blending them gives a fuller amino acid profile than any one of them on its own.
One serving is 30 g of powder, taken once or twice a day. It mixes with water or a plant drink in a shaker and works just as well stirred into oats or blended into a smoothie.
