OstroVit Creatine Plus is an unflavoured creatine powder in a 300 g pack. One serving is 4 g, or one scoop, and provides 3400 mg of creatine monohydrate, of which 3000 mg is creatine.
Each serving also contains magnesium (56.25 mg), zinc (10 mg), pantothenic acid (6 mg) and vitamin B6 (1.4 mg). The creatine monohydrate is micronised to a 200 MESH fineness. The pack contains 75 servings.
