NOW Foods Daily Vits is a food supplement that provides vitamins and minerals in a single capsule. The composition includes vitamins A, C, D, E and K, the B vitamins, biotin, calcium, iodine, magnesium, zinc, selenium, copper, manganese, chromium, molybdenum and potassium.
